Imagine you’re at the end of your life, reflecting on everything you’ve done. Would you feel satisfied with the life you’ve led? For many, the answer is no. We are so busy with our daily routines that we rarely stop to consider if we are truly living the way we want. Today, I want to invite you to take a pause and answer these four key questions, which will help you discover who you are and how to start living a more authentic and meaningful life.

Ask yourself these questions:
What topics fascinate you?
What sparks your curiosity?
What are your skills?
What talents do you possess?
What values are important to you?
Who do you aspire to become?
Take your time to reflect. You don’t need to find the answers immediately. Set aside a quiet moment in a peaceful place to think and write down your thoughts.
1. Who are you, and what do you want in life?
It’s incredible how many people never stop to ask themselves what they truly want. We live on autopilot, busy with routine or distracted by social media. But knowing what you genuinely desire is crucial for giving your life meaning.
2. Are your actions driven by you or by others?

Many people follow a pre-established path without ever questioning it. We are born, go to school, attend university, start working, form a family, and eventually retire. But have you truly chosen that path? If it’s what you genuinely want, then great! But if you feel like you're just doing it because "that's how it should be," then maybe it’s time to reconsider.
You have the freedom to choose your own path. Maybe you don’t need to go to university to fulfil your dream of starting a business. Or perhaps you’d prefer to travel the world before settling down. The key is that you are in control of your life.
3. What would you like to do before you die?

Once you’re clear on who you are and what you want, ask yourself: What would I like to achieve before I die? This is a powerful question because it helps you define your biggest dreams and turn them into real goals.
You don’t need to think of something huge. Perhaps you want to help a charity, paint a mural, or travel to a place you’ve always dreamt of visiting. Break these dreams down into smaller, achievable goals and work on them little by little. What matters most is that these goals guide your life towards something that fills you with purpose.
4. If you know you’re going to die, why do you let negative feelings control you?

If we all know life is finite, why do we allow fears, worries, or the fear of judgement to control us? So often, we stop ourselves from doing what we really want because we are afraid of failure or concerned about what others might think. But time is limited, and every day we don’t live fully is a day wasted.
Always remember: "Memento Mori" – remember that you will die. Use this thought as motivation to live without regrets, doing what you love without being held back by fear or external expectations.

Memento Mori
Life is far too short to live according to the expectations of others. The four questions I’ve posed to you today are designed to help you break free from automatic routines and start living authentically. Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can start today.
Remember: you are alive, but not forever. Time is the most valuable resource you have, so use it wisely to build the life you truly desire.
